Final hackathon submission. Use SUBMISSION.md in repo root as the checklist.

Order of ops on submission day:

1. Flip the repo public: gh repo edit peaktwilight/gemmaforge --visibility public
2. Confirm HF Space is RUNNING (not BUILDING): visit https://huggingface.co/spaces/peaktwilight/gemmaforge
3. Paste WRITEUP.md content into a new Kaggle Writeup. Select Track: Main Track (+ Safety & Trust + Ollama).
4. Attach: YouTube video link (from submission: Record 3-minute video with Efe #10), GitHub repo URL, HF Space URL, cover image web/cover.svg.
5. Click Submit.
6. Post the LINKEDIN.md content; Kaggle link in the first comment.
