Adding postgisaddon as a dependency of DSGTools

We have tested ST_GeomTableSummary and it is awesome! It is so awesome that we will add it as a dependency of DSGTools.

Do you want us to add our query of finding small angles and the vertexes near edge query to postgisaddons?
