Duplex mode

For duplex capable printers it would be cool to be able to print 4 month on one sheet, for that we need to create a two page pdf file with overall 4 month.

Only useful in the foldable layouts, but yeah sure why not. :/

No it's also useful if generated calendars on A5 or smaller. Because most printers smallest paper size is A4, so you would be able to print both A5 calendars on one A4 sheet. This comes in handy when new layouts are implemented which make use of the A5 format or even smaller ones.
