Updated RepeatMasker Docker version

Hi @hlfernandez,

I came across the RepeatMasker Docker image you put together (thank you very much!) and am currently using. That's very much appreciated given the complex process of installing RepeatMasker from scratch.

As far as I can see, the Docker image runs with RepeatMasker 4.0.9 and RMBlast 2.10.0. Are you considering to update the Docker version with newer version of the tool and the search engine? Or, do you happen to know if another Docker/Singularity version of RepeatMasker is available elsewhere?

Hi @Audald,

Sorry for not having answered so far. We have been working in the update to the most recent version (4.1.9) but we still need to solve some technical issues due to changes in how the tool manages the databases. We will let you know if we publish an updated version.
