how to use osgearth with cesium nodekit using vcpkg toolchain ?

i saw that osgearth support cesium nodekit ,

I think you answered your own question :)

Since vcpkg does not support C-N you would need to modify the portfile in your local osgEarth vcpkg clone to find C-N and build against it manually.
