LeafWiki v0.5.0 – Dark Mode, Anchor Scrolling & UX Improvements

Hey folks,

this was originally planned to be v0.4.12.
But the new Dark Mode definitely deserves its own version.
So here it is: LeafWiki v0.5.0!

I hope you enjoy the Dark Mode as much as I do.
To support it properly, I migrated a lot of scattered component styles into CSS and put the whole styling on more stable foundations.

✨ New in v0.5.0

• Dark Mode support across the entire UI
• Anchor scrolling (jumping to headings via #anchor)
• Improved page transitions - noticeably smoother
• Progress bar for visible loading feedback
• macOS binary now available
• Huge thanks to @Hugo-Galley for the docker label updates and adding the trivy scan. I really appreciate your continuous support!

The Dark Mode turned out to be a bigger change than expected, so:
