[feature] Integrate Wayfinder for Smart Gateway Management

Integrate Wayfinder client in bazar-studio.

Changes Required

1. Update gateway configuration in helpers/endpoints.ts
2. Modify ArweaveProvider and PermawebProvider to use Wayfinder
3. Update transaction creation to use Wayfinder
