Touch gestures to navigate the slideshow

Create an element , that registers touch listeners at document level, captures left/right swipe gestures and triggers swipe-left and swipe-right custom events. Catch those events as well, to navigate the slideshow.

Did add the swipe left/right gestures to navigate, but it does not work well:

1. the threshold requires user to swipe quite quickly; and if she/he does, navigating two or three slides at once is very close;
2. on diapositives where contents size exceed the viewport size, swipe gestures do not work anymore.
