Add a setting to ignore keyboard layout

first sheet keys are amzaing!
I am using keyboard layout in both korean and english
"ignore keyboard layout" function is immensely useful in vimium

1. hope to get this funtion in sheet keys.
2. If I can contribute or make fork, it would be nice too. but don't know where to start.
   for example. which part of vimium source code deals with the functionality?

I don't use this functionality myself, but I agree this would be helpful. Here's the operative line of code in Vimium. It looks very simple. The main addition for SheetKeys is adding an extensions settings page and a settings data model, since this would be the first setting in this extension. Both of those could be lifted and adapted from Vimium.
