Waiting for controls to start.....

I did try two different phones.
Nothing Phone 2 running android 15
Oneplus 8 running Android 14
Both rooted

Both start up, ask to connect to panda (from Springer)
Panda is connected to J533 interface (from springer)

I did select my car but i got stucked with
"Waiting for controls to start"

Is there any log or console for debug ?

Yes, switch to termux and view the output. I believe you run "tmux -a" to switch to the termux session that flowpilot starts. You can also start the termux services manually by first killing the flowpilot/termux services, then running "./l" (to login) and then "./g" to start everything. There you should see all of the log output as the termux services try to start. You can then open up the flowpilot app after the termux is waiting for it, to see if that triggers any oddities.

I'm suspecting controlsd is crashing and the termux output will likely say why.
