Exporting snapshots to custom format

If the user want to upload this to a trusted SIEM or running the node report on a trusted script, they should be able to export the snapshots into their customized scheme and file extension. This can be implemented as a command, with an asociated serialization engine so that power users can extend their own features, be it JSON, Yaml, or whatever floats your boat.

This can either be an extension of the report command, or a new command altogether. Might be easier to extend report

A hypotheical user flow.

Precondition:

• There exist an implemented command called export, which takes in the node to export, the destination path, and a mode string.
  example :

1. User want to export the data to their custom format called "Jason's Json", which comes in the format of :

2. User implement a serialization function that takes in the Snapshot struct and file destination.
