User Story: Community member voting on polls

As a community runner,
I want to participate in a poll on the home page with options to vote anonymously and leave a comment,
So that I can help shape future meet-up times and locations based on what suits the group.

Acceptance Criteria

• Poll appears on the home page
• User can select an option
• User can check "Vote anonymously"
• User can add a comment
• User can submit their vote
