User Story: Administrator managing polls

As a site administrator,
I want to create new polls, view all past polls, and access complete voting records including comments,
So that I can gather community feedback effectively and make informed decisions about future running events.

Acceptance Criteria

• Admin can log in to a secure admin dashboard
• Admin can create new polls with custom questions and options
• Admin can set poll start and end dates
• Admin can view a list of all previous polls
• Admin can click on any poll to see detailed results
• Admin can see total vote counts for each option
• Admin can view individual comments with anonymity status
• Admin can archive or delete polls
• Admin can export voting data (CSV format)
