[Feature]: Ability to tag other threads in messages

having the ability to tag other threads in messages.

Proposed solution

Doing a /threads will show a list of other threads with the latest being on top , then you can tag a existing thread in the message. ( Like in ampcode you can do @@ and tag other threads in chats. )

Why this matters

This allows you to tag a thread in a new chat instead of explain what you did in a old thread

Smallest useful scope

Just being able to tag another thread in a message.

could expand on Why this matters

@maria-rcks so we can reference other threads saying we did this in this thread and the agent can get context on what happened on that old thread.

example scenario: you do some big refactor on a code base on one thread , and in a new thread when You are writing a prompt u might want to reference that refactor thread.

there are many ways to implement this feature , sending a sub agent to search the referenced thread is how Ampcode does it I believe
