Scope is driven by the CHANGELOG [Unreleased] section: shared TOML config (pipefy-infra), PIPEFY_BASE_URL consolidation (HARD BREAK on per-URL env vars), PIPEFY_SERVICE_ACCOUNT_* rename with one-shot deprecation shim, MCP stored-session tier wiring, CLI auth status / auth logout, and the concurrent-refresh filesystem lock.
