Option to support 24h

The current clock display hour in the 12 AM/PM format, it would be nice to support 24h too

I need to think about this one a bit more. The idea behind cosmetic changes and template-like changes were meant to be managed by the theme file being used. There is currently only one theme located at <pkmeter>/share/themes/default/layout.html. I need to put a bit more work into making this file easier to understand and edit.

For a 24 hour time format, you could edit this file and change the format on line 11: <label text='{{clock.datetime|format_date:"%-I:%M:%S %p"|lower}}'/>
