Webp does not convert when the image name is in German characters

Hello,

I am facing an issue in the converted JPG file WEBP when the image name is in German characters. like Ä Ü Ö etc.

When the image name is like **DSC_0534_Güstrow_08.2023.jpg** then this image is not converted into the Webp.

Can you please help me with this? How can I resolve this issue?
