Description
Use a set of config files to:
- Save amplitude and phase information into h5 (last frame) + parameters + (frequency -> density)
- Plot amplitude and phase function 2D.
- Plot amplitude and phase function 1D.
Use numpy density field to:
- Plot density field (animation, single frame) + reflectometer position, line of sight
- Plot EZ field (waiting for pointer error solution, Pointer access error #24 ).
