Batch `run` over files, directories, and globs

run accepts multiple source paths, directories, and globs.

• Directory walking filters by the query's declared language extensions (from the shebang).
• It respects .gitignore (via the ignore crate) and runs in parallel.

Output framing:

• TTY → pretty per-file blocks with headers and match counts.
• Pipe → NDJSON, one {"file":…,"data":…} per line.
• --json=pretty|stream|compact overrides the framing.
• A single piped file keeps today's bare JSON shape.

Exit 0 if any file matched, 1 if none.

Notes

• Root-anchored-only execution is acceptable at first, but must be documented. Sensible --entry semantics depend on Design: trampoline — match a definition at any node #431.
• Absorb honoring run --verbose-nodes and --fuel here (currently hidden/ignored).
