• ripgrep-style split between -h and --help: -h is condensed, one line per flag; --help uses long_about/long_help with env-var notes and extended examples.
• Ship man pages via clap_mangen as release artifacts.
• Fix the -V/version propagation noise in the flattened lang subcommand help.
