Update repository after manuscript publication. To-do @daviderovelli:

• Update repository title and DOI in README.md. Manuscript title has changed during revisions and DOI still points to the preprint
• Update requirements.txt to requirements.yaml and makre sure conda installation runs smoothly on Windows and MacOS
