Add ability to use import already restic configs

We have setup already custom bash scripts to do backups via restic. Please add the ability to import, not the script, but the restic encryption key and destinations to migrate to Pluton backup scheduler instead of the custom bash one.

This is included in the roadmap, but it may take some time for this feature to be released.
