Subject: [PATCH 2/2] chore(main): curate the 2.0.0 release notes

The generated section was three commit subjects sitting above an [Unreleased]
block holding everything that actually documents this release. Left alone, 2.0.0
ships with the subjects and the real notes stay 'unreleased' forever, carried
into every later release.

Moves the curated body into 2.0.0, keeps the bot's commit links under Commits,
leaves [Unreleased] empty, and repoints the links: v2.0.0 is this repo's first
tag, so the generated compare/v1.0.0...v2.0.0 404s (verified).
