Make a new "root" level directory called "python" that should be included in PYTHONPATH (so any libphil modules would go under that). And also make a directory for python samples
(not really related to libphil ... yet anyway ... more of just a way to backup my python scripting that I've done at home and force me to clean it up and organize it a bit)
