Standardize codejam input data / submission file directory structure

Work on a standard directory structure for input / output files
Maybe make a directory for submissions that could eventually include automatically generated zip files of the source code
Possibly something like:

• LIBPHIL_BASEDIR
  • src ...
    • data
      • codejam
        • problem1
          • input
          • submission
      • problem2
        • input
        • submission
