I want to use your methods to pair my BCR heavy and light chains baesd on plate sequence. I confused on how to set --tag-pattern on my data, my raw data have 30 types of diversity barcodes, each 16nt in length , but I don't know which barcode corresponds to each well.
Can you give me suggestions ?
