No hourly and no historical data

Hey, I have a smart meter and I can download hourly data from the website. However, I only see one entry at 8 am for each day, and they are integers only as opposed to two decimal places. Only the two "Yesterday" values show decimals.

It also didn't import historical data even though 7 is supposed to be the default:
