Have options to limit the number of rows retrieved, or perhaps retrieve in chunks or a cursor, so big databases won't blow up your Shiny app

This is now possible in Python with polars or ibis by chaining an additional filter method onto the .df().

This should also be possible in R by passing a tbl() into QueryChat(), then filtering in a similar fashion (via dplyr)
