CI: Test AWS-LC integration in CI

With aws/aws-lc#2902 merged, we should start to build up CI to ensure the integration does not break as we develop mldsa-native further.

It should be closely aligned to the AWS-LC integration test in mlkem-native: https://github.com/pq-code-package/mlkem-native/blob/main/.github/workflows/integration-awslc.yml.
