Problem
When a type has several distinct values (e.g. 9 phone numbers, 2 city/ZIPs, 8 IDs), the user often wants to keep some and strip others — their own phone vs the institution's, their address vs the branch's. Today it's all-or-nothing per type.
Proposal
A visual way to see detections grouped by type → distinct value, and toggle keep-vs-redact per value or in bulk:
- Expand a chip (or a side panel) to list the distinct values under that type, each with a keep/redact checkbox.
- Bulk actions: keep-all / redact-all for a type.
- The output, counts, and Save reflect the selection live.

Extends #5 (per-item keep) with grouping + bulk selection. #5 is the minimal version; this is the richer control surface.
