Hi

Do you have a nifty way to set these jobs up in parallel? Given the dependency on a single config.txt file located in the same directory as the pleioFDR software. This is challenging to conceptualise

Haven't looked into this in detail, but it looks quite doable to edit the runme.m script to take a config file as a command line input argument, and then run multiple concurrent matlab processes on each respective file set.
