Introduce an enterprise-grade Infrastructure SLA Monitoring subsystem into the OPSCORD observability dashboard.

Hi @probably-ABHINAV, I would like to work on this under GSSoC 2026 if it is available.

Plan:

• inspect the existing dashboard/components and add a focused SLA monitoring view in the current UI style
• model uptime, incident, latency, and service health data with typed local/mock data first so the feature is reviewable without backend setup
• include clear empty/loading/error states if the current architecture has a data-fetching path
• validate with the repo's lint/type-check/build commands and keep the PR scoped to this feature

I would like to work on this issue under GSSoC'26.

I plan to implement the SLA Monitoring subsystem by adding the proposed SLAMonitor, DowntimeTracker, and ComplianceChart components. The feature will provide uptime analytics, SLA compliance tracking, downtime monitoring, historical trends, and SLA breach indicators while keeping the implementation frontend-only with no backend or API changes.

I will ensure the UI is responsive, follows the existing design system, and passes lint, type-check, and build validations.

Could you please assign this issue to me?
