Description
Users would like the ability to create quick, temporary conferences that can be shared via an invitation link. The proposed workflow is:
- Create a new conference, which generates a temporary private MUC (Multi-User Chat).
- Share the conference via an invitation link.
- Invited participants do not need an existing account — a temporary account is created for them automatically.
Motivation
Since the client runs in a browser, this could serve as a replacement for tools like Zoom, Teams, or Jitsi Meet. Additionally, invited guests who have a positive experience might be encouraged to create a permanent account on the server.
Expected Behaviour
Users can spin up an ad-hoc conference and invite others through a link, with guests joining via automatically provisioned temporary accounts, no prior registration required.
