Set up structure for this repo and deployment standards #39
Description
Problem:
Currently we are not deploying to staging and prod in any structured way
Solution:
We need a structured layout for this repo and a set of instructions for deploying to staging and to prod
Notes:
This is an "MVP" for us we just need this running. We are not 100% on the back end tech we will use but cloud function is going to be one of them for now.
AC:
A wiki doc for how to push to staging. A wiki doc for how to push to prod and how to revert.
