Bug: 'Was this pattern useful?' buttons are not working.

Clicking the yes and no buttons has not visual effect and produces a 404 post request.

Consider:

1. Fixing the current post request. The UI will then display a thank you message.
2. Extending the feedback collection to learn more about how the patterns and used, are useful, and could be improved.
