Epic: Orb gallery — community share, vote & curation

Community gallery so people share orbs, others vote, and the best rise to the top — with Featured and Orb of the Day. Flywheel: browse → remix in the editor → republish. Builds on the shipped editor + WebMCP work (#532).

Decisions: GitHub sign-in (submit/vote) · open publish + report/takedown · fully free + open source (no paywall — everything is free: browse, vote, submit, and use shared orbs in-app).

Stack: Cloudflare Worker + D1 + R2 (reuses our existing CF Worker infra). .orbis is pure data, already validated + compile-gated → safe to host.
