Archived features board view (UI)

Add an 'Archived' view to the board UI in apps/ui that lists archived features via POST /api/projects/archives/list { projectPath } and opens a read-only detail panel via POST /api/projects/archives/detail { projectPath, featureId } -> { feature, agentOutput, meta }. Follow existing apps/ui board-view + API-client patterns. Backend already shipped (#4034).
