Render API version into api.json

Summary
The API version is not set in the api.json

Steps to Reproduce
check the api.json["info"]["version"] field

Expected Results
The api.json["info"]["version"] field should be filled with the name of the latest entry in the api.json["versions"] field, eg. "3.8.2.7"

Actual Results
The api.json["info"]["version"] field shows 1.0.0
