then then game says connection timed out, host is good, client is good, everything is updated, just cant get a connection

the whole not updating is solved, but nobody can get a connection at all, i have multiple servers with the host i am using, and Scum is the only one having a problem, all through pterodactyl

If you're renting a SCUM server from a game server provider, you will need to contact them for support.
