The following PNG file cannot be converted succesfully to PDF using sam2p, and sam2p prints no error.
Command used: sam2p -pdf:2 -- qrcode_55x55.png sam2p_monob.pdf.
The image causes the same problem if it is in monob (like attached here), or stored in gray-levels (it has no alpha).
The output PDF is corrupted (mutool says "Warning: Failed to load page"), and is only 178 Bytes.
I noticed this issue because pdfsizeopt tries to optimize this image from a PDF, but the output has a black box in the place of the image.
