improve the appimage

are you interested in packaging the appimage with quick-sharun?

It will allow the appimage to work on any linux system, including musl distros, NixOS and distros as old as ubuntu 14.

I'll look into it, I certainly am interested.
Currently building the appimages are a drag because we need to compile gtk4 and fontconfig too 👎

You avoid all of that since we provide our own packages for this

It includes smaller versions of GTK4 and glycin-ng, which replaces the dependency hell that is the original glycin.
