Connection cannot be re-established after application is killed

Hi, I've integrated the package into my project and it's working as expected—connections are successfully re-established every 30 seconds. However, after killing the application and restarting it, it's no longer possible to reconnect, even though the connection code is executed again.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue or has a workaround?
