TH05Y_V3.1 does show up in OTA after flash

I recencently bought 4 TH05 (marked TH05Y_V3.1) with a CHT8310.
Flashed all devices using instructions, however one device does not show up in either HA or the OTA page. :-(
also LCD does not show anything, but i can apparently successfull reflash BOOT and tried also firmware.
Reverting back to stock does not work due to "Error set ext.Flash size 00400000!"
Is there a way to debug or any ideas?

Return to the original firmware is possible only via the USB-COM adapter.

I figgle a bit with the not worling device last night and at some point (after reflashing, erasing flash / workspace / everything) the LCD came back to work again. At That point it did still not show up with Bluetooth (tried html page & nrfconnect)...
This morning then i was surprised when the device was discovered in HA...
I have no clue why, but it worked.
For the reflashing of original firmware: I used the same connection and USB-Com Adapter as i used for flashing the Firmware.
The command (adapted from readme) was:

python rdwr_phy62x2.py -p /dev/ttyUSB0 -b 1000000 -r we 0 ff_tuya_th05f.bin
