How can i flash my _TZ3210_ncw88jfq from existing zigbee default firmware ?

Hi All
I I have a _TZ3210_ncw88jfq
its currently paired with zigbee2mqtt,

I want to flash it with ZigbeeTLc, how can i do that
because its not a default bluetooth
when i try to use the web flashed it doesnt come up when i click connect

is there any instructions i can follow to flash this ?
