Default camera config not supported leads to start up error.

When a default camera settings are not in range, the application will not start up as is it trying to set the camera FPS (or exposure / gain) to an unsupported value.

Presumably the expected behaviour, if the camera does not have the settings that pyMultiVideo is expecting, then it should default to the highest valid value.
