Laying Head

As highlight by our colleague Tomas Kubina, we should implement a Laying Head unit to investigate Hot spots and similar problems.

@axtimhaus So I played around with a implementation.
What I question most during implementation, are the laying head or a spooler TransportUnits.
As for the lying head there is the further question, no stelmor conveyor without laying head and vice versa so I would definitely combine both units but how to name them.,
