Scenario and Sensitivity Analysis

• I guess scenario analysis involves comparing different parameter changes. Nice that you have drawn comparisons between the two, as in effect you are doing the same thing (changing inputs within your function), but for different reasons.

Tables and Figures

• I think this subsection would benefit from some more general tips.
  E.g. axes consistent with prior naming + units, explicitly plot the uncertainty in metrics.

• Maybe some links to plotting in ggplot too.

• Is it worth changing the metric from its variable name to something a little clearer? May help others interpret the table more easily. Though the variable names here are fairly intuitive so I don’t think this is a big issue!
