zero length meer lock file results in meer being unable to start

Below is the lock file resulting in the error.

You can delete the file（/var/log/meer/meer-ids.lck）and use the command “sudo chmod -R 777 /var/log/meer” to modify the permissions for the folder（/var/log/meer），then the error will be resolved
