How to create a quip document in a specific folder with its folder_id

I can only make quip documents in private folders, but I need to create one in a specified folder. It would be beneficial if there was a mechanism to relocate the newly created quip document to a certain folder.

move_thread helps to move the document to specific folder, If any method that helps to create directly in that specific folder will be helpful

At least update the documentation to make it clear that adding a shared folder during the creation of a new document will not work.
Also, it's been 2+ years and this issue persists.
