Should `git_vaccinate()` add `.claude/settings.local.json` to the global `.gitignore`?

I find myself always adding .claude/settings.local.json to local .gitignore files, and I see use_claude_code() is also now doing that.

Would it make sense to add it to the global .gitignore via git_vaccinate()?
